All meetings begin at 10:00 a.m., except for the May 8, 2012, meeting which begins at 9:00 a.m. Those wishing to address the Commission may request time on the agenda by calling (217) 785-8686 at least 30 days in advance of each meeting.
The meetings will be accessible to handicapped individuals in compliance with Executive Order #5 and pertinent state and federal laws upon notification of anticipated attendance.
