The special meeting on January 28, 2013, begins at 1:00 PM. All other meetings begin at 10:00 AM, except for the May 7, 2013, meeting which begins at 9:00 AM. Those wishing to address the Commission may request time on the agenda by calling 217-785-8686 at least 30 days in advance of each meeting.
The meetings will be accessible to handicapped individuals in compliance with Executive Order #5 and pertinent state and federal laws upon notification of anticipated attendance.
