Location and Access:

From the jct. of Hwys. 33 and 1 east of Robinson, take Hwy. 1 north 7.5 miles to county road 1800N, go west 2.5 miles to county road 1150E, go north 0.25 to county 1825N, go west 8.25 miles to county road 325E, then south on 0.1 mile. Park along the east side of the gravel road.

Description:

The preserve, located in the Effingham Plain Section of the Southern Till Plain Natural Division, contains grade B dry-mesic upland forest, grade B mesic floodplain forest and successional floodplain forest.
